资料显示,现时全球每3秒便有1人确诊认知障碍症(脑退化),而在香港每10名60岁或以上长者便有1人是患者,85岁或以上患病率更高达三分一,估计到2039年患者人数将高达30万¹!患者的认知、记忆、执行和身体协调等能力下降,除了影响日常自理,对家人也会带来困扰!想延缓「衰脑」,就要趁黄金期主动出击,逆转脑退化!
